We are currently seeking an architect who is a talented and motivated designer with a minimum of five years of professional experience to join the PHA team! Candidates should be able to take a project from early design studies to construction documents, using Revit with ease and fluency and working well with clients, consultants, and contractors. In addition, they should be excited about the opportunity for continual learning and mentoring others. They will be working in a growing firm, where they have the opportunity to contribute creatively, take on significant responsibilities, work collaboratively, and develop professionally.
Minimum five years of professional experience
A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in architecture
Must have strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of rendering programs is an asset
Visual skills should include graphic and physical modeling (freehand drawing is a plus)
Ability to write clearly and communicate professionally with clients, consultants, and team members
Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methodology
Ability to work well with others as a team member
License to practice Architecture in California or NCARB licensing a plus
Legal status to work in the US, including a working permit and/or visa
