We are looking for a motivated and creative person with a collaborative spirit to fill the following position:
Construction Contract Administrator - 10 to 20 years of professional experience to fill a leadership position for our Charlotte office. Candidate must possess the knowledge of document production and construction administration including knowledge of codes, construction processes, and construction contracts. Candidate must also be available to travel throughout the North Carolina Region and will be subject to the physical demands necessary on a construction site. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. CSI Certified Construction Contract Administrator and familiarity with Revit, CAD, and Bluebeam are a plus.
Project Manager - 12 to 20 years of professional experience to fill a project management position for our Charlotte or Raleigh office. Experience in Revit is preferred and experience with the entire process of project delivery is a must. The ideal applicant shall be able to manage all aspects of significant project including design collaboration, client management, consultant coordination, project schedules, job hour management and mentoring younger staff.
Project Architect - 7 to 11 years of practical Architectural design and production experience to fill two positions in our Charlotte office. Experience in Revit, building codes, team collaboration, consultant coordination and comfort with client contact is desired.
Commercial Interior Designer/Interior Architect - 5 to 15 years of practical experience with a professional RID and a degree in a related field is prefered. Project experience with both Public and Private sectors is a plus. The applicant shall be able to manage all aspects of an interiors project including design collaboration, client relations and management, building codes, consultant coordination, project schedules and job hour management. Applicant must be proficient with material and color selections as well as FF&E packages and display excellent written and oral communication skills. LEED AP is desired. Experience in Revit, Microsoft Suite and Bluebeam is a must. Strong knowledge of 3D and Graphic software is a plus
