Primary responsibility is to oversee consultant architectural design teams and ensure that all efforts lead to creative outcomes that represent high quality brand standards.  Qualified candidates must be passionate about design excellence and high performance projects, have extensive architectural practice experience, possess a California Arch’l License (or other state) and an architectural degree.  This position deals with the initial concept and schematic design of all projects.  This position requires site planning, building design, floor planning expertise for commercial/retail type buildings.
