This immensely talented candidate will perform architectural feats of genius, drafting assignments, and other manner of design wizardry through the direction of the Project Manager.  With both cunning and guile, this candidate will produce design and technical drawings for a multitude of project scales and construction types using both sheer force of will and the latest version of Autodesk’s AutoCAD and Revit Building Information Modeling software.

• Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter, Bachelor’s degree in Architecture preferred
• Highly proficient in the use of Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit 2020 or newer
• Basic understanding of the organizational conventions for Construction Documents and the appropriate implementation of graphic standards and informational hierarchies relative to the creation of plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Self-motivated with attention to detail
• Able to handle pressure and deadlines in a fast paced working environment
• Developed problem solving abilities
• Ensure documents meet drafting standards and conventions
• Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
• Ability to balance a wide array of tasks, responsibilities and priorities efficiently and simultaneously
• Familiarity with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
