LM Consultants, Inc. is seeking licensed architects to work in our Atlanta, Georgia office.  The work includes review of construction documents, costs, and construction monitoring for equity investors/ financial lenders; and performing property condition assessments of existing properties for national and local investment corporations.  Candidates who have experience in these areas are preferred.

• Applicants must be an Architect or Architectural Engineer with 5 – 10 years of relevant experience 
• Licensed or in the process of completing NCARB or PE requirements
• Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills
• Ability to travel locally and nationally up to 30%
• Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
