Falkin Associates Inc. is seeking a Part-time construction monitor needed for commercial projects in Seattle, Spokane, Portland, and their surrounding areas. We are  looking for new team members to provide the following: monthly construction monitoring site visit reports for evaluating contractor application for payment, schedule conformance, change order review and construction quality; upfront plan and cost project reviews; property condition assessments; capital needs assessments.

Must be a licensed engineer or architect. Strong communications skills needed along with the capacity to travel locally and walk construction job sites. MS Office and Adobe skills require (Word/Excel/PDF). Flexible schedule - perfect for retired/semi-retired.  Part-time with option for more hours, if desired.
