Dominek Architecture is a 13 year old firm that is growing every year. Our portfolio and current work span multiple project types; multi-family, office building and tenant improvements, medical and dental, restaurants, single and multi-family housing, hospitality, and adaptive reuse. The firm’s office is located in a building of our own design in Portland’s thriving East Burnside neighborhood. We are on the bus line, free parking is plentiful, and we are surrounded by amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. We work hard and we laugh. We believe in the power of diversity. We’re small enough to be nimble and live a balanced life, and big enough to work with great clients and build our portfolio with meaningful work. We love working alongside each other but we also understand the benefits of working remotely.
What we need
We are looking for a project leader with 5-7 years experience to join our team and hop straight into managing exciting projects. By joining the Dominek Architecture team, you will have an opportunity to work across a broad project base and directly lead projects from start to finish. You need to possess technical knowledge of detailing buildings in the Pacific Northwest, and be skilled in managing subcontractors and their project workload. You will work alongside and report directly to the firm’s owner, Gabriel Dominek.
Who you are
Because we’re a small firm, we are looking for a teammate to dive into the work with passion and integrity. We want you to show an interest in continuing to learn about Design, and show an understanding of culture and trend.
