Seeking a talented, passionate individual to join our company as an Architect. As part of our Team you will collaborate closely with our Principal and Clients to develop architectural designs and solutions. Our ideal candidate must be a licensed Architect in Massachusetts, has considerable professional experience in residential and commercial design with a portfolio of successful projects.
Architect Duties and Responsibilities
Manage design projects from design development to completion
Organize & manage permit documents
Ensure all projects adhere to local and federal safety standards, building codes & regulations.
Communicate & collaborate with other construction professionals
Prepare construction documents & develop design in documents
Architect Requirements and Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an Architect or Drafter in an Architectural office
Strong presentation, organizational & communication skills
Proficient with Revit & AutoCAD
Team oriented, self driven work ethic
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet fast paced project demands & deadlines.
A bachelor's degree or higher in architecture or related field (preferred)
