TECTA Associates is seeking staff to fill an Architectural Job Captain role in it's Los Angeles office.

TECTA Associates was founded in 1985 and has since been a leader in the commercial architecture space in the Bay Area and expanded into Los Angeles in 2018. TECTA also takes on select residential clients. TECTA's clients comprise of a range of small proprietors to large national corporations and brands and homeowners. The person to fill this role must be open to working on a range of projects.

Staff at TECTA rely heavily on creative and critical thinking skills to design and implement creative solutions for clients.

The person for this role must be intuitive, knowledgeable, personable and have a can-do attitude. All team members at TECTA are expected to function well as a team and individually in the office and as-needed in the field. This individual needs to be a “go-getter” who has advanced verbal and written communication skills as this person will be interacting with clients and staff daily in the normal course of their duties. This person will also need to have an open mind and willing to incorporate green building practices along with new technologies and techniques. This individual will also need to be exceptionally organized and have the ability to multitask.
