Legerton Architecture is hiring! We are a ten-person, locally owned architecture firm in Asheville, NC, and our number of compelling projects is growing. We are searching for a Project Architect with at least six years of experience designing and developing projects through all phases of design. We seek a creative and pro-active problem solver who will thrive in a collaborative team environment. Effective communication is essential, as well as a commitment to sustainable, equitable design, with strong design skills and extensive knowledge of construction detailing.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Registered Architect in the State of NC (preferred or in process)
• Strong design, graphic and presentation skills
• Commitment to sustainability and equity - LEED AP BD+C (preferred or in process)
• Experience in residential, civic, educational, commercial, and other community-based projects
• Solid working knowledge of Revit, Sketch-up, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Word, Excel
• Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university
•  Successful experience as a Project Architect
