This position will mostly involve Construction Administration services on several existing VA hospital projects that have already been designed by our firm and are now in the bid and/or construction phase.  Work my include site visits, inspections, review of RFIs and sumbittals, and reports.

JDa follows the federal guidelines and recommendations regarding COVID.  With the  healthcare field a key component of our practice, compliance with the COVID guidelines is fundamental.

Qualifications required:

• 5 years experience preferred as a Architect with knowledge of federal, state, and local codes.
• Experience with contracts, fee schedules, and specifications. Experience with negotiations a plus.
• Experience with the following software is: Revit/CAD; Microsoft Office; Adobe Pro; and other industry standard programs.
• Market experience in Healthcare is strongly preferred, but experience in Higher Education, K-12, Business/Office, Civic/Community, Commercial/Retail, Senior Care, and Government Agency (local, state, or federal) is a plus as well.
• Must be either registered in the State of Arkansas or on the path to licensing within the first three months; additional state registrations a plus.
