Plageman Architecture is looking for an experienced Multifamily Project Architect to work with our growing firm based in North Carolina on a project by project basis. 

Required Qualifications:

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program
• Five or more years of experience in commercial and multifamily projects
• Licensure (preferred but not required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Informed understanding and experience with building envelope design and detailing
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building systems
• Experience in construction contract administration, review, and value engineering
• Proficiency in the following:
  • AutoCAD
  • SketchUp 
  • Photoshop
  • Any other industry specific software

The contract agreement will include:

• Coordination of all disciplines
• Attendance of in-person team meetings if necessary
