Essential Duties Setup incoming bid projects; coordinate with Administrative Assistant. Review of project drawings and specifications; develop RFI’s as needed. Attending pre-bid meetings. Issues invitations to bid to selected subcontractors and vendors. Develops scope of work and sub-bid packages. Analyze subcontractor/vendor bid proposals. Prepares bid forms, bid proposals, and bid clarifications. Develops preliminary project schedule. Reviews constructability issues, general conditions, and preliminary schedule with project operations. Provide cost saving options / value engineering when requested. Holds turnover meeting with the project operations team post project
