HBT Architects is a 22-person architectural and interior design firm founded in 2000.  It is our mission to create solutions to enable the success of our clients, colleagues and community. We are currently looking for a Project Leader (Project Architect/Project Manager) to work in our growing Ann Arbor Michigan location.  Our key markets include Healthcare, Higher Education, Life Sciences and Hospitality as well as “any chance to design something exciting”.  Projects range from small renovations for ongoing clients to multi-million-dollar new research and education buildings.

At HBT Architects, your role is to be the best version of yourself and bring that to every client on every project. You will help lead our clients towards reaching their goals by working as part of a great team of talented, supportive professionals.

A great attitude

A degree in architecture with 5+ years of experience

Proficiency in Revit

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Knowledge of building codes and ordinances

Strong technical expertise relating to design and construction

Creative problem-solving skills

Ability to be a strong leader and supportive collaborator

Willingness and ability to travel over night from time to time
