We’ve been in operation for over 20 years delighting hundreds of local homeowners with our elegant and innovative designs. Candidates should have:
3-4 year’s experience in residential new build and remodel.
Strong design and drawing capabilities.
Ability to produce schematic, design development, 3D Modeling, and construction documents
Proficiency with BIM programs (ArchiCAD preferred)
Success in putting forth permitting documents with local cities/municipalities
Experience project managing a residential build out and all it entails
Excellent document management skills
Top-notch communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
Attention to details
Strong organization skills
English fluency
Professional Architecture Degree (Bachelors/Masters)
