AIA Continuing Education (CE) Providers submit more than 28,000 learning programs for review and deliver more than 1.3 millions hours of education every year. As the Manager, CES Provider Support and Course Reviews, you will work with AIA’s 3,000+ continuing education providers to shape AIA’s continuing education program. You will review course submissions to determine eligibility for AIA continuing education credit, support member and provider audits, and provide project support of the team. This position reports to the Director, Continuing Education Services.

 Job Duties:

Overall duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting the PD&R continuing education services and completing assigned projects and other duties as outlined below.

Continuing Education Systems

• Review AIA submitted CE programs to determine compliance with AIA CE standards and eligibility for AIA CE credit
• Communicate with AIA members, CE providers, and other stakeholders about AIA CES policies, procedures, and programs
• Serve as a point of contact for inquiries regarding AIA CE guidelines and policies.
• Provide customer support for CES products and services, including, but not limited to, AIA Transcripts, CE Dashboard, and AIA CE Provider subscriptions.
• Track, evaluate, and communicate progress for AIA CE Provider onboarding and training for new and current providers.
• Assist with CE provider and member CE audits
• Manager other special projects as assigned
