This position is for full-time interns on the path to licensure with one to three years of experience. We are looking for creative, talented and team-oriented candidates to join our NYC, Philadelphia and Princeton offices. You should be passionate about design, work well across multiple teams, and communicate your ideas and approach in a clear and thoughtful manner. You will work collectively with our dynamic firm to develop innovative and thoughtful solutions for a wide range of clients and project types.

Requirements and skills:

Strong design and conceptual development skills and a passion for design excellence

Ability to work closely and collaboratively on a project team

Highly organized, with an eye for detail and ability to iterate design ideas

Strong and respectful verbal and written skills; within the office and with consultants, contractors and clients

A commitment to responsibility, integrity, and accuracy

Some experience with client interface preferred

Strong design and visualization skills

Fluency with REVIT, AUTOCAD and 3-D modeling programs and Adobe Creative Suite

Legal working status in the United States

On path to licensure

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
