If you are an Architect with 8+ years of experience working on multifamily residential buildings through every phase, from schematic design to construction documentation and administration this is the position for you. Your portfolio should contain townhome, mid-rise and hotel projects and you should want to work in a design/build environment that’s team oriented and collaborative.
If you’re ready to advance your professional, technical, communications, and managerial skills to the next level in a Project Architect role and you already have the professional degree, Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe experience to back it up, this is the position for you.
Joining a collaborative, growing team like ours means you have the ability and desire to thrive in a team setting, with a stake in your teammates’ success as well as your own. We are looking for a skilled leader and team member who understands the dual design/build nature of our projects, and who will report to, and partner with, our Construction leadership.
On a daily basis, you’ll be responsible for the preparation of project plans, diagrams, renderings, specifications, documentation of permit drawings and presentation renderings, plus help to supervise, coordinate and build relationships with external partners including architectural firms. You’ll be directly involved in the day-to-day construction activities where you will see, touch and feel your work come to life.
Beyond your technical responsibilities and qualifications, you should have strong people and team skills that give you the ability to collaborate, communicate, and solve problems effectively. As one of our ideal team members, you would lead from wherever you’re sitting. We are looking for a self-starter who embraces ambiguity, thinks big or in details as needed, and integrates their own standards of excellence with ours.
