We want you to help us rejuvenate Washington DC’s emerging neighborhoods! Eric Colbert + Associates (ECA) is an established architecture firm in Washington, DC specializing in exciting multifamily residential architecture throughout Washington, DC and beyond.
We are looking for architects/designers with 8+ years experience, and experience in construction administration is a plus. Candidates should have the ability to multi-task, be self-motivated, detail oriented, have good written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work independently. Candidates with proficiency in Revit are strongly preferred. Working knowledge of SketchUp, the Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, Lumion, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
The candidate will work on and lead project teams of 2 to 6 people, and will have the potential to work on all phases of projects from schematic design, design development, construction documentation, to construction administration.
