Director, Program Development & Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Strategies
This role, on the External Workforce and EDI Strategies team reporting to the Sr. Director, Workforce Development & Strategy, will primarily support the Center for Emerging Professionals (CEP) and the Women in Architecture (WIA) programs and initiatives, and on a regular basis will collaboratively work across the team to support youth, student (K-12 and higher education) professional programs and other leadership programs. A staff team of eight support the External Workforce and EDI Strategies department, and criteria is in development to articulate the long-term vision for the diversity of the profession which will refine the short-term priorities of the team.
