We are presently seeking an enthusiastic design professional for the role of Intermediate Architect.
The ideal candidate is a licensed architect with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, and a minimum of five years of experience. Project experience should include all phases of architectural design projects from set-up through design and construction administration. Candidates must possess strong skills in teamwork, design, technical documentation and verbal and written communication. Experience in the mixed-use and/or multifamily residential markets is a plus.
Candidates should have a working knowledge of 3D modeling programs (i.e., ArchiCAD). A working knowledge of standard office software programs and an aptitude for learning are essential.

A valid drivers license is required for this position. Our offices are located in the historic Zane School Office Building, just two blocks from the Collingswood PATCO station.
