Our San Juan Capistrano office has an exciting career opportunity for a Manager of Architecture!
We are looking for an Architect to:
Build our Architecture team and practice in Southern California;
Have experience with Residential projects including Affordable Housing, Custom Residential and Commercial projects;
Cultivate new and existing clients and bring in new work;
Direct and support staff;
Manage schedules and budgets; and
Collaboratively work with the other discipline’s in-house.
What RRM has to offer:
A multi-discipline design team made up of architects, landscape architects, planners, surveyors, civil and structural engineers in-house.
A supportive team of architects and designers in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara who are experienced in both Public and Private project types.
The ideal candidate is a strong project manager that:
Has a passion for preparing quality work
Thrives on working in a collaborative team environment
Successfully develops business including writing proposals and interviewing
Has a strong desire to help build our architecture practice throughout Southern California
Coordinating with project consultants, clients, local agencies and regulatory bodies.
Project management duties.
Mentoring and directing the work of junior staff.
Would love to grow their professional career through RRM
A Bachelor's degree in architecture
A California Architectural license
A minimum of twelve (12) years’ architecture experience
Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and design skills.
Experience and a passion for Affordable Housing and Public Safety projects
