• Proven experience managing all phases of multifamily or mixed-use projects
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and review all phases of design and documentation from initial concept through construction administration
• Ability to coordinate project financial management with Principals and Project Accountants
• Skills in collaborating with a cross-functional team of designers, contractors, and clients
• Desire to mentor a team of motivated architects
