SUMMARY: This position is responsible for providing thoughtful advice and leadership in the areas of employee relations, recruiting, performance management, training and development, while implementing firm-wide HR projects, processes, policies and procedures supporting the vision and values of HGA. Collaboration with internal teams, building culture, and developing and sustaining internal relationships are key elements to the success of this position. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources, and interacts with leadership, project staff (designers, architects, engineers), and department staff of our San Jose and San Francisco offices. While this position is virtual at the moment, we will be looking for someone already residing in either San Jose or San Francisco to provide on-site support for our two Bay Area offices in the future.
