About the Position Our firm is seeking is seeking a Project Manager with experience in Washington with building envelope (waterproofing) experience. Experience in California is helpful but not required. This position will have a hybrid of projects in WA & CA. Experience providing services on multifamily residential projects is desirable. Strong technical abilities, including document review, preparation of drawings / detailing, coordination, and some construction administration experience. Knowledge of exterior building envelope and waterproofing is needed. This position requires someone that can work independently.
