Individuals should possess the following qualifications:

• Degree In Architecture (Masters Degree helpful).  
• Minimum of three years of experience. 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and other basic software tools of the industry.
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization as well as clients and consultants.
• Ability to work well handling multiple projects and multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness and desire to lead in a collaborative environment.
• Advancement in the firm is based on proven ability and desire to take on responsibilities.
• Responsible for meeting project schedules and budgets across all design/construction phases.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for multiple project assignments and independence.
