The project is for the design and construction of a new Lakeport Courthouse located in Lakeport, CA.

Daily Responsibilities: 

• Project Meetings (video and in person)- run meeting, create minutes, etc.
• Change order management- IGEs, documentation, negotiation, etc.
• Record keeping- ePM, Kahua, Google drive, Dropbox, etc.
• Risk Management tracking and mitigation
• Partnering participation
• RFIs and submittal management
• Site inspection and photo documentation
• Daily report creation
• Project safety
• Labor standards monitoring
• Punchlist, preparation for occupancy, and closeout
• Developing and controlling budgets and funding strategies 
• Scheduling and coordination of project interactions among existing and occupied facilities
• Developing and maintaining an integrated master project (IMP) schedule 
• Managing interdisciplinary teams of professionals and supporting labor categories Integrating competing and/or conflicting elements into the planning and execution processes so that project requirements flow smoothly. 
• Negotiating equitable contract adjustments 
• Reviewing and recommending for payment contractor pay applications 
• Risk Allocation and Management
