An Architectural Project Manager leads work on small projects or components of larger projects. This includes proactively coordinating with other consultant and permitting officials with successful results. Creates interior and exterior details with a demonstrated knowledge in building codes, industry best practices and specifications. Effectively communicates with all levels including the owner, contractor and other stakeholders. A Project Manager may assign and direct the work of Job Captains and Architectural Associates.

  • Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related program
  • May, or may not be licensed
  • Seven years of architectural experience
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
  • Ability to create design and construction documents
  • Understand building codes and industry best practices
  • Comfortable communicating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Enjoy directing and mentoring project staff
