Walovich Architects Group currently has an opening for an Architect/Construction Project Manager to support forensic investigations, design, and document remediation solutions, and participate in construction phase architectural services.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Participate in and record investigations: photos, observations, measurements, and findings
• Research, develop and detail optimal technical solutions for construction problems
• Prepare presentations of problems and solutions for clients and other stakeholders
• Plan and deliver accurate, clear, concise, and complete construction documents
• Learn and follow company standards and processes for quality control and record-keeping
• Coordinate and incorporate inputs from engineers and specialist disciplines
• Delegate appropriate tasks to junior staff and oversee their efforts
• Maintain effective communication with Principal Architect and senior staff, giving regular updates
• Occasional travel to project sites within 2 hours of Pleasanton may be required
