We are seeking a full time employee with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere and the initiative to advance. An ideal candidate would possess the technical expertise necessary to manage a complex project and the presentation skills to participate in interviews for new commissions and business development opportunities. A successful candidate will be immersed in all levels of project design from programming and schematic design through construction administration and occupancy. Some roles and responsibilities include: - Preparation of design documents through all phases of development from programming, planning, conceptual design, schematic and design development through construction documentation and construction administration
Proficiency in REVIT and Microsoft Office Suite
Participation in client contact, marketing and business development opportunities Qualifications and Skills Required - A NAAB accredited bachelor's or master's degree of architecture
- Current architectural license
- Exceptional graphic and oral presentation skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- LEED AP or an interest in sustainable design
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant non-residential architecture experience
- Computer skills must include Revit and Microsoft Office Suite
