COMPANY: Portman Industrial, LLC is a newly formed division of Portman Holdings, LLC and is focused on the development and value creation of logistics real estate in strategic markets across the U.S. Since its founding in 1957, Portman Holdings has developed over 65 million square feet of hotels, retail space, apartments, and office buildings around the world, with iconic projects like Atlanta’s Peachtree Center, New York Marriott Marquis Times Square, San Francisco’s Embarcadero Center, and the Shanghai Centre. Today, Portman Industrial leverages the Portman Holdings’ development platform; further diversifying Portman’s portfolio of over $1B in owned assets and its pipeline of properties currently under development in Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, and Seattle. Portman Industrial’s primary focus is the development of modern logistics facilities in core markets serving the U.S. supply chain. The company will control well-located sites and develop speculative, build-to-suit, and COLD logistics facilities. SUMMARY: The Development Manager will be a senior member of Portman Industrial’s Southeast Region development team and will play a key role in the development and construction of institutional quality logistics facilities across the southeast and southern US. The Development Manager will report to the Southeast Regional Manager and will be the primary party representing the Owner and investors in all construction-related aspects of the projects.
