FIRM HISTORY Felder & Associates is located in Savannah, GA. The firm was created in 2012, as the result of a need that Brian Felder saw with architects needing to get back to the basics with the level and quality of service they provided. Our firm focuses on helping an owner find the right solution for their needs. Some of the parameters affecting your project are known at this point, while others have not yet been discovered. A project like yours requires a journey—and we think we are a good fit to help you through the discovery process. The key to a successful project is a multi-faceted solution: how to creatively find a solution that is sensitive to the context; one that is sensitive to the needs of the user group; and one that meets the financial resources available to the owner. Our firm is comprised of eight employees. We are made of architects, designers, a preservationist, and young technologically-savvy practitioners. The high level of communication that has been established by our firm is a huge asset to our clients. We strive in a diversity of projects ranging from rehabilitations to new construction. Our passion for architecture ranges from commerc...ial, industrial, preservation, residential and institutional. The structure of our firm allows us to follow projects we feel passionate about. We have designed churches, colleges, corporate offices, restaurants, manufacturing facilities and residences. Felder & Associates is committed to finding projects we love, establishing the right team to share our enthusiasm and working hard for our clients. The majority of our business is from repeat clients that we have established long-term relationships with. The firm is nationally connected in the American Institutes of Architects, the American Society of Interior Designers and the United States Green Building Council. Felder & Associates is a member of the International Interior Design Association. In 2014, Felder & Associates received a historic preservation award from the Historic Savannah Foundation and the best architecture firm award from Savannah Magazine. Felder & Associates recently completed the Grey restaurant in the former Greyhound bus depot in the Savannah historic district, which won a State AIA award.
