The intent of this RFQ is to have architectural firms under consideration specifically address the services required and to provide a well-considered price proposal for those services.  Please submit the following:

Firm name and information, complete address, contact person, telephone number, website, email address, and provide statement of qualifications that responds to the project background information given above.  Submit examples of similar projects your firm has worked on.
