Preservation Design Partnership [PDP] is seeking an experienced architect with over 15 years of experience to assume the position of Project Manager, managing highly complex projects involving national historic landmarks, historic sites and cultural resources.

The requirements for the position are:
Architectural Registration [NCARB Certification]
Significant evidence of successful project management experience involving complex historic preservation projects, cultural resources and / or museums in excess of $25 million
At least five years of demonstrated experience as a PM
Minimum of five years of experience in historic preservation and / or formal training in historic preservation
Significant evidence and experience in cultural resources and projects
Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD
The following qualifications are strongly preferred:
Masters or Certificate in Historic Preservation
NAAB Accredited Architecture Degree
