Coordinate project team and designs, ensuring code and accessibility compliance, drawing creation, and proper documentation.
Oversee construction contract administration and consultant design delivery administration.
Evaluate building envelope maintenance issues.

Ability to prepare technical specifications.
Ability to communicate and negotiate between engineers, contractors and construction superintendents.
Working knowledge of standard business software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to use office equipment, such as copier, multi-line phone system, fax machine, scanner, and computer.
Advanced knowledge of architectural design software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar.
Knowledge of project management principles.
Time management and organizational skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to build and sustain positive working relationships.
Significant portion of work is performed in varying field environments.
Remain in a stationary position 70% or more of the time.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
Four (4) years of professional experience in architecture design.
Current architect licensure in the state of Missouri.
A valid, current driver's license.
