Join the WakeMed Team as a Facilities Project Manager in the Construction & Design Department
As a Facilities Project Manager, you will provide day to day management and oversight of assigned capital improvement projects throughout the organization. You will manage and facilitate functional programming, design, and construction of capital projects utilizing skills to direct and control human, physical and fiscal resources. In this role, you will also be responsible for the coordination and supervision of external consultants and contractors engaged to build, renovate or modernize existing facilities, along with the installation of medical and non-medical equipment. You will meet with affected departments in the development and review project plans, budgets and schedules.

3 Years of Experience in Related Position Experience Required – With 2 Years of Experience in Healthcare or Construction Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Engineering/Construction Management/Related Field
Hours of Work: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Weekend Requirements: As Needed
