Project Architect - An experienced professional who can lead a project, develop a set of tasks to accomplish the project, coordinate and monitor the work involved in the tasks, and deliver a final product on time and within prescribed budget. Directly responsible for completing project related tasks based on the project schedule, including managing designated staff as agreed upon with the Project Manager and Principal in charge. Provides constant communication with the Owner, Project Manager, Client and the Principal in charge relative to revisions in schedules, concept, and budget for assigned project. Coordinates technical design aspects of the project. Responsible to plan, organize, and control the activities of the project in concert with the Project Manager as well as to achieve successful completion of all projects assigned while operating within the guidelines established and within the policies and procedures of the firm.
Recent College Graduate, Non-Licensed Architectural Staff - Perform professional project assignments including design, detailing, and other office tasks as directed by Principal in Charge, Project Manager, or Project Architect/Job Captain, depending upon the scope of the project. Assist the Project Team with all phases of a project. Depending upon the type of project may be assigned the responsibilities of the Project Manager or Job Captain. Perform any task as requested. Reclassification of an employee’s job description is at the discretion of ownership.
