Develop project designs and construction document details, plans, elevations, sections, and 3d sketches or renderings.
Coordinate in-house team and quality assurance reviews.
Assist with the construction administration process.
Initiate solutions to design and technical problems.
Actively engage in office team endeavors.
Familiarity with programming, cost estimating and budgeting.
Provide specification research assistance.
Assist coordination with project client, consultants, and contractor team.
3-8 years architectural experience
Experience with $10M+ projects
A commitment to professional growth
Ability to travel when needed
Revit proficiency (preferred)
