We are seeking licensed architects with 12-16 years of professional and design experience to join our team as a Project Designer VI. You will be responsible for initiating design concepts and leading project design development.
Be passionate about working collaboratively in teams.
Define program requirements and establish design parameters based on client requirements.
Create and develop overall design concepts, formulate design presentation strategies, and make presentations.
Manage project design processes while leading and directing the work of assistant designers and technical staff.
Manage design team members during design implementation to ensure that clarity and quality of concepts are maintained throughout the design process.
Monitor project budgets and schedules and manage client interaction and design making.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor or Masters of Architecture degree
EXPERIENCE: 12 - 16 Years
LICENSURE: 5 - 8 Years
SUSTAINABILITY: Experience in evaluating sustainable design solutions, LEED and/or WELL accreditation beneficial.
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE: Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp preferred. AutoCAD and Microsoft Office required, Rhino appreciated.
