Experience in Excel modeling, Sketching, Technical Drawing, & 3D Modeling. Experience preparing due diligence reports for commercial and residential projects, managing entitlements processes, permitting and construction administration, Market Research & Analysis. Must have 2 years verifiable experience as Assistant Project Manager in a real estate development company/ architecture firm and/or construction management company and a Masters degree in Real Estate.
