Founded in 1984 as a single three-person office, we have grown to a team of nearly 1,000 in 15 offices serving clients throughout the world.
Fueling this growth is our people and CRB's approach to serving our clients: an unrivaled passion for seeking out the right solution on every project; deep technical expertise to tackle the toughest challenges; a network of team members who thrive on collaboratively performing work of the highest caliber; thought leaders who dedicate their expertise to advance our industry and make the world a better place... and individuals committed to developing trusted, longstanding partnerships with our clients.
Every day, on every project, CRB shows the world what makes us most unique as a company: our single-minded dedication to doing what's best for our clients. Or as we like to put it -- "The Relentless Pursuit of Success. Yours."OUR VISION
To be the preeminent team of planners, designers and constructors providing integrated solutions to advanced t...echnology industries.
We are committed to provide best-in-class solutions that drive success and positive change for our clients, our people and our communities.
For 30+ years, this simple sentence has defined what we set out to do each day. Our vision has nothing to do with the number or size of projects; it has nothing to do with awards and recognition; it has nothing to do with getting bigger for the sake of bigness. It's all about satisfying our clients' needs by making them successful and building lifelong relationships one client at a time.
Today, as we have grown to become a leading design and construction services firm to advanced technology clients around the world, our vision is just as relevant as when it was written almost 35 years ago.
OUR CORE VALUES
Our core values continue to be the foundation of a business philosophy that CRB has relentlessly pursued for the last 30+ years. Today, nearly 1,000 employees across 16 offices and hundreds of project locations around the world are bounded by these values. Never wavering, these values guide our actions every day, driving the success of our project execution and our relationships with clients, suppliers and partners.
Always strive for the highest standard of technical knowledge, creativity and execution.
Lead by example, act with integrity, value the health, safety and well-being of others and be accountable to the relationships we build.
Empower each other to take ownership of opportunities that lead to growth, innovation and success.
Support, mentor and encourage one another as a team united by a passion to do what’s right for our clients.
