Currently we are seeking a Senior Architect who possess 10 to 15 years of experience in Educational K-12 projects and DSA, a degree in architecture from an accredited college or university. Experience must range from design through construction. Previous experience in the coordination of consulting engineers, obtaining agency approvals and working with contractors is desirable.
The ideal candidate is an independent thinker with the ability to work well with others. Responsibilities will include management of multiple mid-sized architectural projects involving client interface. The candidate will be responsible for developing a projects scope, overseeing the design and production of construction documents, building detailing, and preparation of the specifications and administration of construction.
