Provide IT solutions to support Flad’s business goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain technology policies and procedures, technical standards and methods, and priorities for IT service delivery in accordance with business needs.
Develop and oversee an overall strategy for application systems selection and custom development.
Evaluate, recommend, select, and manage vendors/business partners’ products and services delivery.
Recruit, supervise, mentor, and guide all IT staff.
Direct the design and support activities of Flad LANs /WAN, review of hardware/software standards, network backup/recovery systems and processes.
Forecast, develop and monitor the IT budgets.
Manage the Help Desk activities for service response and escalation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field required.
Minimum of five years in IT leadership roles is required.
Possess a working knowledge of WAN/LAN infrastructure and Unix and open-source solutions.
Supervisory experience required.
