The award-winning team at GGLO, a collaborative design firm in Seattle and Los Angeles, seeks a Project Manager – Interior Architect for our Seattle location.

About The Role
The primary function of the Project Manager is to facilitate and coordinate architectural services with aligned disciplines on assigned projects from project analysis through completion. The Project Manager is responsible for financial, quality, contract, and client and design team management of projects.
What You Have (Requirements)
8 or more years of professional experience including 4+ years of direct project management, with 1 year minimum relevant US work experience
Demonstrated proficiency with Deltek Vision
Demonstrated proficiency with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and Windows OS
Degree from an accredited University in the United States
Working knowledge of multi-family housing, hospitality, tenant improvement, and mixed-use project types
Extensive knowledge of materials, furnishings and construction methods related to interior architecture
Extensive knowledge of building systems, codes and ADA requirements
Expertise providing leadership to ensure successful fee, schedule and budget management
Expertise in developing work plans, fee proposals and project schedules in response to RFP’s and other opportunities
Ability to develop and execute contracts between GGLO and its outside consultants and clients for services
Experienced facilitator with clients and multi-stakeholder groups
Ability to effectively manage team members to maintain positive interaction, while ensuring the highest quality, and meeting client expectations
Expertise in writing reports, business correspondence, contracts, and business development proposals
Demonstrated ability to define, monitor and maintain control of the scope of work and services for the project including project schedule and work plan
Ability to coordinate project teams to ensure timely completion of documents and phases
Experience in managing jobs profitably
Understanding of all aspects and phases of the architectural production process
Understanding of and ability to respond to the technical implications of design decisions
Ability to undertake multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Support marketing opportunities
Demonstrated ability to openly communicate with Principal-In-Charge and is highly interactive with clients
Display excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication and presentation skills
Authorization to work in the United States
Successful GGLO Project Managers Have:
LEED Green Associate or equivalent accreditation
Experience in our core markets
Experience building, maintaining and expanding client relationships
