RCFA, is a full service firm providing a full array of architectural and interior design services. We are a fast moving practice looking to expand our talented team. Our office culture promotes a highly collaborative, interactive environment of youthful and ambitious professionals and strong work ethic. RCFA, is known for award winning projects: High End Residential, Hospitality, Retail, Restoration, Equestrian, Adaptive Reuse, and Multi Family.
RCFA, seeks a candidate with 3-8 years’ of professional experience, possesses an architectural degree and an interest in working with a team of well-rounded architects and designers. We are looking for someone with ambition and the desire to grow with us. This individual will be involved in all phases of design and work on a range of significant projects from concept through design documentation and construction documents.
RCFA is a growing firm that provides a well-rounded experience with exposure to all aspects of design and Construction Administration that may not necessarily be available in a larger firm. Compensation for this position ranges from $50,000 - $80,000 annually depending on experience and skill level.
