The Project Architect (Licensed AIA) is the principal design professional for the project representing the firm with the Client as well as the General Contractor, and Public Authorities. The PA is an experienced, registered deign professional having a strong background in translating concepts into solutions, in directing a project design team and in materials and methods of construction.
Develop a written program with Client, in collaboration with the Project Manager and Principal.
Develop total architectural solutions.
Develop conceptual site plan, through consultation with Civil Engineers and Landscape Architects.
Research and select basic materials and develop basic exterior wall; sections and critical details.
Consult with engineers in selection of structural, mechanical and electrical systems.
Research and interpret all applicable codes and regulations.
Prepare all materials and exhibits for all design presentations.
Quality control of the design function.
Carry out the overall Architectural design of the project, utilizing fully resources of the firm.
Integrate and coordinate all disciplines into the building project.
Meet the project design schedule and design construction budgets.
During design phase, day-to-day contact with the Client, and shall keep the Project Manager fully apprised of design development as ell as any decisions which may affect the design schedule, design budget, or construction budget.

Requires a Bachelors Degree/Masters in Architecture
Must be a licensed Architect, AIA - Proficient with Revit.
5+ Years of experience managing an architectural team support of hospitality, multi-family residential, commercial, logistics or education design projects.
