Works closely with the Construction team to produce documents that will be efficient, consistent, and contractor friendly

Bachelors or Masters of Architecture
Licensed in MN
10+ years of architectural experience
3+ years project Management
Experience in new construction and renovation of multi-family housing projects preferred
Strong communication skills and experience directing team members and external consultants
Knowledge of Microsoft based software applications-Outlook, Excel, Word
Proficiency in Revit and 3D modeling software preferred but not required
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, both local and national
