As a licensed Architect you are a self-starter who is excited to work alongside an equally passionate architectural teamsupporting a variety of project management needs and gaining experience across a wide spectrum of project types and management styles. You are able to work independently while also being a true team player, willing to jump in with ideas and having the mentality that no job is too small and no idea too big. You enjoy a flexible office environment and also traveling to job sites as needed. During which, you will work hands-on with construction teams largely on projects in the healthcare and institutional sectors. This position also requires a combination of design development, contract document preparation, and field observation services as part of the construction administration phase of the project.

Plans the overall project strategy from start to finish, reassesses as needed
Coordinates with sub-consultants, sub-contractors, and team members (external and internal) relative to the project.
Develops and prepares appropriate and quality contract documentation necessary for a successful project
Assists in maintaining the GHP project file and its overall effectiveness required during the project
Utilizes technology to enhance Project efficiency and performance
Works well with Project Coordinators and other Team Members to create successful conclusions to projects.
Maintains positive employee relations and serves as a resource for employees.
Ensures consistent application of company policies and procedures.
Maintains an understanding of federal, state and local laws and regulations that apply to the Project to ensure proper compliance.
Fulfills other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Minimum of a bachelors degree in Architecture
Demonstrated experise with REVIT and AutoCAD
5-10 years of progressively responsible experience in the architecture field
