Architecture Demarest is seeking Project Coordinators with 3 to 5 years of experience for our Philadelphia office.
We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, team-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. The position responsibilities include:
Assist in the design process
Prepare client presentations
Development of schematic design, design development, and construction documents
Review architectural drawings and coordination of consultants’ work
Keep project documents and drawings current
Assist with construction administration
Qualified applicants must have strong design and communication skills, be proficient with Revit, and possess a professional degree in Architecture. Experience with wood construction, multifamily projects, Sketchup and Lumion is preferred.
