The Construction Administrator is responsible for assisting the architectural teams during the construction administration phase of each project by coordinating, tracking, and distributing project documents, such as ASI’s, ASK’s, CO’s, PCO’s, RFI’s, Submittal, etc... The position includes reviewing, editing and executing contract documents using Deltek Vision, Procore, MS Word and AIA Contracts.
The position reports to the firm's Executive VP & C.O.O., as well as provides executive level assistance to the firm's President.
This position also assists the firm's Controller with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks plus provides general administrative support to the entire firm, including ordering supplies and maintaining a general organization of the office.
Strong organizational skills for maintaining documents, multi-tasking, forensic problem solving and time management. Excellent overall communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and co-workers. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to utilize online database systems used for Contract & Construction Administration (AIA Contracts, Pro Core, Newforma, Deltek Vision).
